Capability to provide Finance

Financially Sound : Prospective Dealer must be capable of investing Free and un-encumbered funds, to cover the cost of working capital/ infrastructure requirements and other allied expenses.

Loans : Ability to arrange loans from Bankers or Financial institutions, certificate of credit worthiness to extend loan, if required.

Assets : Adequate Fixed and moveable assets.

Income : Proof of Income, from business, agriculture, royalty etc. per annum will have to be produced if and when needed by the Company.

The tenure of EVERGO dealership will be for an initial period of 5 years and renewable after every 5 years for another five years , subject to the Performance Appraisal of the dealer by the company.

The person should have sound financial position, enjoy a good reputation in the market, should submit last 3 years financial details along with Bank statements for last 6 (Six) months as supportive evidence.

Personal supervision by dealers
A person selected as a Dealer shall be paying full attention towards day to day working of the dealership. It is advisable that he or she should not take up any other employment/assignment.

Partnership
Incase of partnership, each partner should individually and collectively meet the specified eligibility criteria. If called for an interview, all of them must appear for interview.
They also have to submit a copy of the registered partnership deed along with the application.

IDENTIFICATION OF LOCATIONS
Locations for setting up EVERGO Dealer ALDS are identified by Katyayani Petroleum Ltd. After carrying out required feasibility study and based on commercial considerations.


 



SELECTION OF DEALERS FOR ALDS
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Nationality : Indian National who are residents of India.
  • Age : Not less than 21 years (in completed years) of ageas on the date of application.

    Pre-requisite
  • The ALDS Dealer should have a minimum area of open land measuring about 10000 to 20000 Sq. ft. (Preferably measuring 30m × 30m city area, 30m x 45m State Highway and 30m x 60m National Highway) & should submit the Non-Agricultural Land and Ownership possession documents to that effect.
  • Incase the Land is on leas, then the necessary " No objection certificate" should be provided by the Landlord to run Auto LPG pump on that Land and after selection he should be able to provide a registered lease deed for a period of at least 30years.
  • The Land should be free from all litigations and encumbrances.
  • All other requirements pertaining to title of Land are mentioned in the application form attached herewith.

Application Form

  • Application form should be filled up by the prospective dealers with complete details as per the company's rules and regulations.

Field Verification

  • The field verification will be conducted for applicants for the ’ Dealership’ on first cum first serve basis. If found eligible , then Letter of Intent (LOI) will be issued.

    Disqualification :
    The following are not eligible
  • Persons convicted or against whom charges have been framed by a court of law for any criminal offence involving moral turpitude/economic offences (other than freedom struggle).
  • Mentally unsound (who suffers from Permanent Disability).
  • Totally paralyzed or totally blind persons.
  • Signatory to agreement of a dealership with any oil company terminated on the grounds of adulteration/malpractice in the past.
  • If any person is allotted the dealership by giving wrong information or by suppression of information, the allotment is liable to be cancelled.

Other terms :
Commissioning of the Dealership

  • A person who has been given the 'Letter of Intent' (LOI) would be required to enter into the long term ‘Dealer Agreement’. Once all the conditions of the Dealer Agreement are fulfilled a letter of appointment shall be issued, authorizing the dealer to start operations.

  • Property card (8A) extract-jamabandi gualsta-translated as well as original copies.
  • Search report and title report, along with all supporting documents and inspection receipts.
  • Soil report from government authorities.
  • 100 meter radius map of the property.
  • Layout plan from local authority.
  • Agreements if any relating to title of property (translated in English as well as original copy)  


Other Documents required :

  • Land site inspection charges to be paid by dealer for ALDS along with Completed form Rs. 5000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only ) by Demand draft in favour of the company.
  • Four copies each of sanction layout, Site plan and 100mtr. Radius map of the proposed site along with Indian Postal Order / Demand Draft of Rs. 100 (Rupees One Hundred Only) towards scrutiny Fees in favour of "The Chief Controller of Explosive" payable at Nagpur.
  • Original/ Authenticated copy of Registration of Company/Partnership firm. (Where applicable)
  • Photocopy of sales deed confirming the ownership of the plot in the name of dealer.
  • Complete Land related revenue records along with Non- Agricultural Order of Land.
  • The person should be sound financially, have a good reputation in the market, should submit last three year financial status & Bank Statement and such other details for last six months as supportive evidence.

  • If any information furnished by the applicants is found to be false at any point of time before or after appointment as a dealer, the allotment will be cancelled & dealership shall be terminated.
